How Good Are Your Communications?

I have recently encountered a number of communication issues - some of my own, most occurring around me. It caused me to think about them and search for research and articles that could help.

I encountered an article and "test" at Mindtools.com that I think are easy to read and use and fairly well encapsulated most of the issues I have observed.

So I wanted to share it.

Take the test, read some of the material and see if you can change how you communicate or help those around you communicate better. We all need to communicate better!
